This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information we collect through qintelli.app and related services.

Currently, we collect:

  • Email addresses provided voluntarily through our waitlist signup form
  • Anonymous website analytics (page views, browser type, approximate location) via Cloudflare

We do not currently collect:

  • Names, phone numbers, or identification documents
  • Payment information
  • Location data beyond country-level analytics
  • Information from third parties

How We Use Your Information

We use email addresses solely to:

  • Notify you when Qintelli is available for early access
  • Send occasional product updates (no more than monthly)
  • Respond to inquiries you send us

We will never:

  • Sell your information to third parties
  • Share your email with advertising networks
  • Use your information for purposes outside this policy

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored in Firebase Firestore servers located in africa-south1 (Johannesburg, South Africa). We follow industry standard security practices to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Object to the processing of your information
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

Qintelli is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
