Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of qintelli.app and any services provided by Qintelli ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using Qintelli, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Qintelli is currently in pre-launch development. We are collecting expressions of interest via a waitlist. No active software services are currently provided.

When Qintelli launches, it will be an AI-enabled construction quality management platform.

User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when signing up for the waitlist
  • Not use Qintelli for unlawful purposes
  • Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, code, and intellectual property related to Qintelli are owned by Qintelli or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Qintelli's intellectual property without written permission.

Disclaimers

Qintelli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Information presented on Qintelli is for general purposes and does not constitute professional engineering, legal, or construction advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qintelli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Construction Tool Disclaimer

When fully launched, Qintelli will provide project management tools to support construction quality, safety, and communication. Qintelli's tools do not replace:

  • Formal contractual notifications required under construction contracts (e.g. NEC, JBCC, GCC, FIDIC)
  • Legal, engineering, or professional advice
  • Statutory health and safety obligations
  • Insurance disclosure requirements

Users remain responsible for complying with all contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Qintelli after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
